Dry Dock Brewing Company

Dry Dock Brewing Company has been around since 2005 but if you’re from Colorado then you already know that they’re a staple here. Based out of Aurora, with two locations and 26 medals from the Great American Beer Festival it’s pretty clear that their beer speaks for itself. Something that I really like about Dry Dock is that they’re the only regional brewery in Colorado that exclusively distributes locally. What I like even more though is their beer, their Apricot Blonde Ale is one of their more popular beers, it can be found in a bunch of places around Colorado. It’s delicious, there’s no ifs ands or buts about it; but they have a lot more to offer too! When we visited their South location I tried the Pineapple Mango Blonde Ale, Cherrry Blonde, Apricot Sour, and Pineapple Milkshake IPA. The Pineapple Mango Blonde Ale was my favorite, I actually don’t care for mango at all but the way that it pairs with the pineapple is delicious! It’s extremely subtle yet very flavorful but most of all it’s exquisitely refreshing! The Pineapple Milkshake IPA actually has a finish that tastes like a milkshake! It’s not thick though, don’t worry! I don’t know if I could drink a whole pint of it but it was a damn good beer! Also attached to this location is The Brew Hut which is a home brew store! They offer classes and everything you need to start your own home brewing!
