Great Divide Brewery & Roadhouse

As the name suggests, this place is kind of more of a restaurant than a traditional brewery but they do still brew beer here! If you have been to the other Great Divide location then it will give you a great taste of what to expect! Their beer is definitely on point, we tried the Colette, Strawberry Rhubarb, Yetti, and Car Camper. The Colette was a really high quality ale, it’s sweetened with just enough fruit to pair with its slight tartness. It kind of reminds me of a traditional Hefeweizen but has subtle complexities that really add to the overall flavor and drinkability. My favorite here was the Strawberry Rhubarb, it’s a sour ale that’s extremely crisp and refreshing! The sourness is not too tart, it’s just enough to make you start salivating for the next sip and is balanced out perfectly by the strawberry! They have thirteen beers on tap though so there’s plenty of other things to choose from if neither of those are your type! The food here was absolutely delicious too; they have a ton of great fares to choose from! It’s definitely on the pricey side though so I’d recommend going during their happy hour from 3-6pm! It’s a really expansive place with an open atmosphere that’s adds to a pretty awesome experience!
