Raices Cerveceria is everything that you would hope that it is and more! The interior is adorned with an exquisitely modern motif that pays homage to the Mexican Culture while symbiotically infusing with Denver, it’s beautiful. Only the beauty of their beer surpasses it! They have beer-mimosa infusions and even a complex beer that is half beer half wine, called the ARMONÍA, but is 100% delicious. While kicking back there in the main bar overlooking the opulent outdoor patio and enjoying a pint with friends it became all too clear to me why this place was voted Denver’s Best New Brewery. Indulging the inner responsibilities to my soul, I tried a few of their beers, the CAFECITO, ARMONÍA, and EVOLUCION which were all delicious. The Cafecito was my favorite by far because I love light subtle coffee beers, but they really do have something for everyone. They serve pizza and soft pretzels, which I did not try, but they had an amazing food truck upfront that was delicious. While here, ordering from the featured food truck of the day is definitely the way to go if you get a hankering for something to eat. They are usually pretty busy so I recommend getting a reservation before you go. Going here is more than just having an amazing beer, it’s a celebration of life and everything that makes life worth living: family, friends, love, and culture! Salud!
