Rustic, epic, enormous and extremely satisfying in the most lumberjacky fashion- are just a few ways that this brewing company can be described! I love everything about this place! From the fact that they offer a shadow brewing program for patrons to all their community involvement- everything is amazing, especially their beer! They have over twenty-five beers on tap ranging from beers like Fat Randy’s IPA to Sauerkraut In My Lederhosen to their Right Side of the Hammock! They have some real range in the options department of their beers! I had the Sauerkraut In My Lederhosen, which is a classic Vienna Lager, as well as the Oceans of Gold which is a Hefeweizen / Witbier! You can't go wrong with either option, or really any of their beer options but my favorite was the Oceans of Gold! The subtle banana and clove aromas of the beer are easily detected on your palate! It will keep your taste buds and your soul asking for more with every sip! The entire interior of this brewery is expertly decorated like a classic log cabin! Enjoying a pint or two here is something that you simply must do! The staff are very welcoming and they have a bunch of events like open mic nights, live music, and tastings (A lot of which is hosted online temporarily)! The brewery itself is off of California Street in Downtown Denver though and again, is worth visiting! If you're in Denver, going here is a must!
