BIKE N' BREW OFFICIAL RULES

BIKE N’ BREW 2026 BOOTH CHECK-IN SWEEPSTAKES

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, DONATION, OR PAID EVENT PARTICIPATION IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

These Official Rules govern the Bike N’ Brew 2026 Booth Check-In Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”). By participating, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor concerning administration of the Sweepstakes, subject to applicable law.

1. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered by:

The Brewz, LLC
12470 York St STE 64
Thornton, CO 80241
United States

Email: Info@thebrewz.com
Official Rules: https://brewz.shop/pages/BIKE-N-BREW-OFFICIAL-RULES

The Sweepstakes is conducted in connection with the Bike N’ Brew event taking place in Thornton, Adams County, Colorado.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Food for Hope, participating businesses, event vendors, prize contributors, event venues, technology providers, and other event participants are not the Sponsor or administrator of the Sweepstakes.

2. Sweepstakes Location

The Sweepstakes will be conducted during the Bike N’ Brew event in:

Thornton, Adams County, Colorado

Entrants must be physically present at the Bike N’ Brew event during the applicable Entry Period in order to earn booth check-in entries.

3. Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins:

Saturday, September 26, 2026 at 3:00 PM Mountain Time

and ends:

Saturday, September 26, 2026 at 7:00 PM Mountain Time

(the “Entry Period”).

Only valid booth check-ins completed during the Entry Period are eligible.

Sponsor’s electronic check-in records will serve as the official timekeeping method for determining whether an entry was received during the Entry Period.

Sponsor may reasonably validate an entry that was demonstrably initiated during the Entry Period but delayed solely because of a verified event-site technical, cellular, internet, or system issue.

4. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who:

  • are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry;
  • are legally permitted to participate in a promotional sweepstakes under applicable law;
  • are physically present at the Bike N’ Brew event during the Entry Period; and
  • comply with these Official Rules.

If any component of the prize package contains an age-restricted product, service, certificate, or benefit, the winner must satisfy the applicable legal age requirement to receive that component.

If necessary, Sponsor may substitute an age-restricted prize component with a non-restricted item of equal or greater approximate retail value.

Employees, officers, directors, owners, and individuals directly involved in administering or conducting the Sweepstakes or drawing are not eligible to win.

Sponsor may also exclude immediate household members of persons directly responsible for administering the drawing in order to preserve the fairness and integrity of the Sweepstakes.

5. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is required to enter or win.

Entrants are not required to:

  • purchase food;
  • purchase alcoholic beverages;
  • purchase merchandise;
  • purchase anything from a participating business;
  • make a charitable donation;
  • subscribe to The Brewz;
  • pay for a product or service;
  • opt into marketing communications; or
  • make any other purchase or payment in order to receive a Sweepstakes entry.

Participation in a paid bicycle ride or other separately priced Bike N’ Brew activity is not required to participate in this Sweepstakes.

A purchase, donation, or payment does not provide additional Sweepstakes entries and does not improve an entrant’s odds of winning.

If access to the Sweepstakes booth-check-in activity would otherwise require a purchase, donation, ticket, or fee, Sponsor will make a reasonable free method of participating in the Sweepstakes available during the Entry Period.

6. Registration

Before earning Sweepstakes entries, an eligible participant must register through the official Bike N’ Brew electronic check-in or passport system.

Registration may require:

  • Full Name
  • Email Address
  • Optional Phone Number
  • Agreement to these Official Rules
  • Optional marketing preference

Entrants must provide accurate information.

Each person should register only once.

An entrant may not create multiple participant identities, use multiple email addresses, or otherwise attempt to circumvent the entry limitations contained in these Official Rules.

7. Marketing Consent Is Optional

Entrants may be offered the opportunity to receive news, event information, local offers, promotions, or updates from The Brewz, Food for Hope, and/or participating Bike N’ Brew businesses.

Marketing consent is completely optional.

An entrant who selects:

“No thanks — just my event entries.”

will have exactly the same eligibility, entry opportunities, and odds of winning as an entrant who chooses to receive marketing communications.

Consent to marketing is not required to participate or win.

8. How to Earn Sweepstakes Entries

During the Entry Period, entrants may visit participating business booths at Bike N’ Brew.

Each participating business booth may display an official:

  • QR code;
  • check-in link;
  • digital check-in interface; or
  • other Sponsor-approved check-in method.

An entrant must complete a valid check-in associated with that participating business.

Each valid, unique participating business-booth check-in earns:

ONE (1) SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY

An entrant may earn only one entry per participating business booth.

For example:

If an entrant validly checks into ten different participating businesses, that entrant receives ten Sweepstakes entries.

9. One Check-In Per Business

An entrant may not receive more than one Sweepstakes entry from the same participating business booth.

Scanning a booth QR code multiple times, refreshing the check-in page, returning to the same business, changing browsers, changing devices, or otherwise resubmitting the same participant/business combination will not create additional valid entries.

The maximum number of possible entries per entrant is equal to the number of participating business booths available for valid check-in during the Entry Period.

Sponsor may add, remove, deactivate, or replace a participating business booth when reasonably necessary because of vendor cancellation, operational issues, technical failure, safety concerns, or other event circumstances.

10. Unique Drawing Entry Numbers

Every accepted booth check-in will receive its own permanent Sweepstakes drawing-entry identifier.

Entry codes may appear in substantially the following format:

BNB-000001
BNB-000002
BNB-000003
BNB-000004

Each individual code represents exactly one valid chance to win.

A participant who checks into multiple unique booths may therefore possess multiple valid drawing entries.

Example:

An entrant who completes five valid booth check-ins could receive:

BNB-000047
BNB-000081
BNB-000106
BNB-000137
BNB-000155

That entrant has five valid chances in the drawing.

The official electronic Sweepstakes records maintained by Sponsor control in the event of any discrepancy.

11. Invalid or Disqualified Entries

Sponsor may reject or invalidate an entry reasonably determined to result from:

  • duplicate booth check-ins;
  • inaccurate or false participant information;
  • multiple registrations by the same individual;
  • use of multiple email addresses to circumvent entry limits;
  • impersonation;
  • automated submissions;
  • bots, scripts, macros, or other automated entry methods;
  • manipulation of QR codes;
  • manipulation of vendor identifiers;
  • unauthorized use of another booth’s check-in link;
  • fabricated booth visits;
  • alteration of electronic records;
  • tampering with the check-in system;
  • entries submitted outside the Entry Period;
  • attempts to manufacture additional Sweepstakes entries;
  • interference with another participant;
  • fraud or attempted fraud; or
  • violation of these Official Rules.

The mere technical ability to submit a check-in does not make that check-in valid.

12. Official Sweepstakes Records

Sponsor’s electronic Sweepstakes database will constitute the official record of:

  • registered participants;
  • participating business check-ins;
  • entry numbers;
  • check-in timestamps;
  • participant identities;
  • duplicate entries;
  • invalidated entries; and
  • the winning entry.

If a discrepancy exists between information displayed on an entrant’s device and Sponsor’s official database, Sponsor’s official database will control, subject to applicable law and correction of demonstrated technical errors.

13. Prize

One (1) prize will be awarded.

The prize consists of:

A PRIZE PACKAGE WITH AN APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE OF $300

The prize package may consist of merchandise, products, certificates, experiences, services, promotional items, or other benefits provided by The Brewz and/or participating Bike N’ Brew businesses.

The precise contents of the package may vary based on availability.

The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize package is:

$300.00

No cash alternative is required.

Sponsor may substitute an unavailable prize component with another item or benefit of equal or greater approximate retail value.

The prize is not transferable prior to award except in Sponsor’s discretion where permitted by law.

The actual retail value may vary from the stated ARV, and the winner will not receive the difference between stated and actual value.

14. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes, fees, or other obligations associated with acceptance or use of the prize, if applicable.

15. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of valid Sweepstakes entries received.

Each valid Sweepstakes entry has one chance to be selected.

An entrant who has earned multiple valid entries has one chance associated with each separate valid entry.

Purchases, donations, spending, or marketing consent do not affect the odds of winning.

16. Physical Drawing

The Sweepstakes winner will be selected through a physical random drawing.

After the Entry Period closes, Sponsor will use physical drawing slips corresponding to the valid electronic Sweepstakes entries.

Each valid Sweepstakes entry will correspond to one physical entry in the drawing pool.

For example:

BNB-000001

will correspond to one physical drawing slip representing electronic entry BNB-000001.

Only valid Sweepstakes entries will be included.

Duplicate, disqualified, test, void, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid entries will not be included in the drawing.

17. Drawing Time

The drawing is expected to occur at approximately:

7:00 PM Mountain Time

Saturday, September 26, 2026

or as soon as reasonably practicable following the close of the Entry Period.

Sponsor may delay the drawing for a reasonable period because of event operations, technical issues, safety concerns, verification of entries, or similar circumstances.

Any updated drawing time will be announced at the event when reasonably possible.

18. WINNER MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN

THE SELECTED WINNER MUST BE PHYSICALLY PRESENT AT BIKE N’ BREW AT THE TIME OF THE DRAWING.

This is an essential condition of winning.

When an entry is selected, Sponsor or an authorized event representative will identify the participant associated with that entry through Sponsor’s official Sweepstakes records.

The selected participant must remain physically present at Bike N’ Brew.

Sponsor may announce:

  • the selected entry number;
  • the entrant’s name;
  • both; and/or
  • otherwise attempt to contact or locate the potential winner.

The potential winner will have up to five (5) minutes following the announcement or reasonable notification attempt to report to the designated drawing or prize area.

The entrant may be required to show identification.

19. If the Selected Entrant Is Not Present

If a selected entrant:

  • has left the event;
  • cannot be located;
  • fails to respond;
  • fails to report within five minutes;
  • cannot reasonably establish his or her identity;
  • cannot establish eligibility;
  • refuses the prize;
  • is found to have violated these Rules;
  • submitted an invalid entry; or
  • is otherwise disqualified,

the selected entry will be forfeited.

ANOTHER ENTRY WILL THEN BE RANDOMLY DRAWN.

The process will continue until an eligible entrant who is physically present is selected, verified, and accepts the prize.

An entrant whose entry is forfeited for failure to be present has no further claim to the prize.

20. Potential Winner Subject to Verification

Selection of an entry does not automatically make the associated entrant the official winner.

The selected entrant is initially a potential winner.

Sponsor may require reasonable proof of:

  • identity;
  • age;
  • eligibility;
  • email address;
  • event presence; and
  • compliance with these Official Rules.

Sponsor may also require the potential winner to complete an eligibility declaration, liability release, prize receipt, or similar reasonable documentation.

Once eligibility is confirmed, Sponsor will designate the entrant as the official winner.

21. Prize Acceptance

The confirmed winner must accept the prize as awarded.

If some prize components cannot reasonably be delivered at the event, Sponsor may arrange later delivery or fulfillment.

The winner must reasonably cooperate with Sponsor in completing prize fulfillment.

Failure to claim or accept the prize after being confirmed as winner may result in forfeiture to the extent permitted by law.

22. Winner Record

Sponsor may maintain a permanent record of the winning drawing containing information including:

  • drawing date and time;
  • winning entry number;
  • participant name;
  • participant email;
  • participant phone number, if provided;
  • business booth associated with the winning entry;
  • booth number;
  • original check-in timestamp;
  • eligibility status;
  • prize status; and
  • administrative notes.

23. Personal Information

Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes may be used for:

  • Sweepstakes administration;
  • identifying participants;
  • preventing duplicate entries;
  • verifying booth check-ins;
  • identifying winning entries;
  • contacting potential winners;
  • verifying eligibility;
  • prize fulfillment;
  • fraud prevention;
  • recordkeeping; and
  • compliance with applicable law.

Marketing use of personal information will depend upon the entrant’s separately selected marketing preference.

24. Technical Difficulties

Sponsor is not responsible for circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:

  • unavailable Wi-Fi;
  • unavailable cellular service;
  • QR-code scanning failure;
  • mobile-device failure;
  • browser incompatibility;
  • lost internet connectivity;
  • delayed transmissions;
  • server errors;
  • website outages;
  • electronic database errors;
  • third-party technology interruptions;
  • power failures;
  • damaged QR signs; or
  • other similar technical problems.

Entrants are responsible for confirming that their booth check-in has been successfully accepted.

If a widespread technical problem affects the event, Sponsor may implement a reasonable manual or alternate check-in process in order to preserve fair participation.

25. Sponsor’s Right to Protect the Sweepstakes

If fraud, technical failure, tampering, unauthorized intervention, severe weather, emergency conditions, public-safety concerns, event cancellation, force majeure, or another circumstance materially affects the integrity or administration of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may, to the extent permitted by law:

  • suspend entries;
  • temporarily stop entries;
  • modify the entry procedure;
  • establish a manual check-in process;
  • invalidate fraudulent or corrupted entries;
  • extend reasonable accommodations for affected participants;
  • delay the drawing;
  • cancel the drawing; or
  • conduct the drawing using unaffected eligible entries received before the disruption.

Sponsor will attempt to preserve the fairness and intended structure of the Sweepstakes whenever reasonably possible.

26. Event Participation Is Separate

Participation in this Sweepstakes is separate from:

  • participation in the Bike N’ Brew bicycle ride;
  • purchase of food or drinks;
  • purchase or consumption of alcohol;
  • donations;
  • vendor purchases;
  • games;
  • activities; and
  • any other separately offered Bike N’ Brew event experience.

A person does not need to participate in the bicycle ride or make a purchase to enter this Sweepstakes.

27. Alcohol

The purchase or consumption of alcohol is not required to participate or win.

Alcohol consumption does not increase an entrant’s odds of winning.

Entrants must comply with applicable law and event policies regarding alcoholic beverages.

The Brewz encourages responsible consumption and safe transportation.

28. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless The Brewz, LLC, event organizers, participating businesses, prize contributors, venue operators, technology providers, and their respective owners, officers, employees, agents, representatives, volunteers, affiliates, successors, and assigns from claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.

This provision does not waive any liability, right, or remedy that cannot legally be waived.

29. Participating Businesses and Prize Contributors

Participation by a business in Bike N’ Brew or contribution of an item to the prize package does not make that business the Sponsor or administrator of the Sweepstakes unless expressly stated otherwise.

Any donated certificate, product, service, or experience may be subject to reasonable terms normally applicable to that item, including expiration dates, scheduling limitations, age requirements, or availability restrictions.

30. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, Sponsor may request permission from the confirmed winner to announce or use the winner’s:

  • name;
  • photograph;
  • likeness;
  • city;
  • winning entry number; and
  • prize information

for purposes of announcing or promoting the results of Bike N’ Brew and the Sweepstakes.

Any such use remains subject to applicable law.

31. Sponsor Decisions

Sponsor will administer the Sweepstakes in good faith and in accordance with these Official Rules and applicable law.

Sponsor’s reasonable determinations concerning factual matters such as:

  • whether a booth check-in occurred;
  • whether an entry is a duplicate;
  • whether an entrant is physically present;
  • whether an entry was submitted during the Entry Period;
  • whether an entry was manipulated; and
  • whether eligibility requirements were satisfied

will be final to the fullest extent permitted by law.

32. Governing Law

These Official Rules and the Sweepstakes will be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

To the extent legally permitted, any judicial proceeding arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction serving:

Adams County, Colorado

or, where applicable, the United States District Court for the District of Colorado.

33. Severability

If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

34. No Waiver

Sponsor’s failure to enforce a provision of these Official Rules in one instance does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce that provision in another instance.

35. Winner Information

After the Sweepstakes concludes and the winner has been verified, requests for the winner’s name and/or winning entry number may be submitted to:
